47 ролей, собранные в семь команд: что делает каждая роль, класс риска и статус в сиде.

Команда — роли и пайплайны, которые вместе закрывают кусок работы. Роли и пайплайны уже есть в каждой организации. Их видно в разделе «Персонал» на экране Pipelines, пространство Workforce: карточка «Workforce pipelines» и под ней карточка «Роли» — роли по командам, сколько выпущено, версии и кнопки «Выпустить», «Снять», «Вернуть vN…».
Как собрать команду: зарегистрируйте агентов (ключ регистрации — «Узлы → Ключ регистрации агента…»), руководителем остальных поставьте агента с ролью руководителя команды («подчиняется», эскалации идут к нему), включите пайплайны. Роли вне пилота остаются черновиками, пока их канал не проверен; выпустить — «Выпустить» у черновика в карточке «Роли».
Классы риска ролей:
- r0 — только чтение открытых источников
- r1 — работает с данными, наружу не пишет
- r2 — пишет людям; каждое сообщение одобряет человек
Поиск поставщиков и рынка
Изучает рынок и находит поставщиков в открытых источниках: кандидаты с доказательствами, без дублей, с оценкой соответствия.

Привлечение и возврат поставщиков
Находит канал связи, пишет первым (каждое сообщение — после одобрения человека), ведёт до ответа и возвращает ушедших.

Приём заказов и ответы клиентам
Принимает заказ в разговоре, сообщает его статус, отвечает на входящие черновиком для оператора и разбирает сбои.

oggo.order-intake— Order intake by conversation: Identifies the client, validates both addresses with a route, prices the trip, and creates the order in OGGO — every touch through the integration contour, none from the agent itself.oggo.order-status— Order status for the client: Reads one order the conversation placed and the assigned driver position from OGGO, so the agent answers where the car is and how long to wait from the platform itself.oggo.conversation-reply-message— Conversation reply (drafted): Sends one approved drafted reply inside a conversation the person opened. The draft travels in the job, a human reads the exact text, and nothing is composed after the approval.
