Hire your first team
Step 1 of the path: pick a team from the catalog, look at roles and risk classes, publish them and set a budget.
Step 1 of 3. Takes one to two minutes. At the end the Workforce section has a team with published roles and a budget for the agent.
What you do
Every organization already has seven ready-made teams from 47 roles: supplier and market discovery, supplier outreach and win-back, order intake and customer replies, onboarding of workers and partners, country launch, investors and corporate governance, digital workforce management. Hiring a team means publishing its roles: agents never get drafts.
Steps
- Open Workforce → Roles. Teams are shown as cards with the number of published roles: “N of M published”.
- Open the team you want to start with. For the first path pick Order intake and customer replies or Supplier and market discovery: they have r0 and r1 roles that never write outside and one or two r2 roles for the first approval.
- For each role look at the risk class and the role document: what it does, what is forbidden, which channels it may use.
- Press Publish on the roles you need. Before publishing, the panel tells you which version agents will get.
- Set a monthly budget for the agent in the Nodes card (the agent appears there on the next step; the budget can be set in advance for the agent name). At 80 % you get a warning, at 100 % the agent pauses.

What you have
- A team in Workforce with the needed roles marked published.
- The team’s scenarios ready to run: a task on them goes to an agent that has all the needed connectors.
If something is off
- A role stayed a draft: normal for roles outside the pilot; publish it once its channel is verified.
- A scenario will not publish: it references a role that is not published here; publish the role before the scenario.
